The Role: Leading Enterprise Automation

This is a leadership-heavy technical role. You won’t just be developing; you will be architecting the technical feasibility of our most ambitious automation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Design: Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of scalable RPA solutions using the UiPath ecosystem.

• Process Discovery: Collaborate with Business Analysts to identify automation high-value opportunities and define technical roadmaps.

• Framework Development: Build and maintain reusable components and libraries to standardise development across the organisation.

• Orchestration Mastery: Manage UiPath Orchestrator configurations, including robot scheduling, asset management, and proactive monitoring.

• Advanced Integration: Connect UiPath workflows with enterprise APIs, SQL databases, and third-party platforms (ERP/CRM).

• Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to security guidelines, and provide technical guidance to junior RPA developers.

• Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating AI/ML (Document Understanding, AI Center) into automation workflows.

 Your Technical Success Profile

We are looking for a developer who treats automation as an art form—precise, scalable, and resilient.

• Experience: 5–7 years in RPA development, with at least 3+ years of dedicated UiPath expertise.

• Core Skills: * Mastery of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and RE Framework.

  • Proficiency in VB.NET, C#, or Python for advanced customisation.

  • Strong SQL database knowledge and data manipulation skills.

• Communication: Exceptional ability to document process definitions (PDD) and solution designs (SDD).

• Certifications (Good to Have): UiPath Advanced Developer (UiARD) or RPA Solution Architect certification.

• Next-Gen Tech: Exposure to Document Understanding, Action Center, or Task Mining is highly valued.
