We are seeking a Technical Application Support Engineer to join our global team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our complex software solutions and the enterprises that rely on them, ensuring optimal system performance and seamless user experiences.
The Role: Mission-Critical Support & Maintenance
This is not a basic help desk role. You will provide deep technical troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and bug resolution for enterprise-scale applications.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Provide 1st and 2nd-line support for complex application issues, utilizing your coding knowledge to resolve technical queries.

Monitoring & Maintenance: Proactively monitor application performance to ensure 24/7 system functionality and availability.

Developer Collaboration: Work side-by-side with development teams to identify software bugs and suggest architectural improvements for better performance.

User Advocacy: Empower users by addressing inquiries and complaints while providing the training needed to utilize applications effectively.

System Documentation: Maintain rigorous records of system changes and issue resolutions, and develop high-quality training manuals.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in backend technologies who enjoys high-stakes problem-solving.

Compensation, Diversity & Benefits
LTIMindtree offers a comprehensive rewards package designed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
Annual Compensation Range: $98,015.00 – $146,600.00 (Individual pay is determined by location, skill level, and experience.)
