  • Stay updated with data tools, techniques, and best practices; propose improvements to processes and pipelines.

🧠 What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude.

  • Good working knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data operations).

  • Experience or familiarity with one or more data querying, scripting, or statistical tools (e.g. SQL, Python, R, or similar).

  • Ability to create basic visualizations (charts, graphs) and present data clearly (tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio a plus).

  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal) — ability to present findings in non-technical language.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, with ability to handle ambiguity and manage time in a remote work setting.

  • Internet connectivity and a quiet remote work environment.

Preferred (but not mandatory):

  • Prior internship or work experience involving data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.

  • Exposure to cloud data tools (e.g. AWS, BigQuery, Azure) or data warehousing.
