Key Responsibilities

As an IT Recruiter Intern, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for US-based IT and non-IT roles. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and managing candidate pipelines using multiple recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and Indeed

  • Sourcing qualified candidates through job portals, databases, and networking

  • Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments

  • Coordinating interviews between candidates and US hiring managers

  • Managing offer negotiations and assisting in onboarding processes

  • Handling multiple job requirements simultaneously

  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records and updating tracking systems

Required Qualifications

  • Comfortable working on night shifts aligned with US time zones

  • Basic understanding of recruitment tools and sourcing strategies
