The Role: Senior Engagement Lead
We are looking for a strategic leader who lives at the intersection of Pharmaceutical Data and Business Strategy. As a Senior Engagement Lead, you will solve complex commercial challenges using high-dimensional datasets and advanced modelling. You aren’t just managing projects; you are acting as a trusted advisor to global pharmaceutical leaders, helping them drive performance and manage risk through data.
Key Responsibilities & Strategic Leadership

Strategic Partnerships: Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, delivering high-impact solutions that unlock growth for global pharma brands.

Advanced Analytics & BI: Build and oversee the development of tools using Tableau, Alteryx, SAS, and R to solve complex healthcare problems.

Data Mastery: Structure and model complex industry datasets, including LAAD, DDD, and XPO, to drive evidence-based decision-making.

Team Orchestration: Guide team leads, streamline recurring workflows, and mentor the next generation of data consultants.

Commercial Excellence: Lead initiatives across Incentive Compensation (IC), Sales Ops, Targeting, Segmentation, and Call Planning.

Capability Building: Contribute to internal R&D and ideate new service offerings that expand procDNA’s global portfolio.
What You Bring (Must-Haves)

Market Expertise: 8–10 years of healthcare/pharma consulting experience, specifically with 6+ years in the U.S. market.

Technical Sophistication: Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to work in both creative and highly analytical environments.

Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to articulate complex analytical results to non-technical client stakeholders.

Domain Knowledge: Direct experience in Goal Setting, Sales Crediting, Alignment, Sizing, and Contests.
