Medhavi Group is a major force in India’s education-to-employment sector. This role is a high-visibility position within the Founder’s Office, reporting directly to the Group Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). You will be at the heart of the WISE (Work Integrated Skill-based Higher Education) initiative, which leverages partnerships with 300+ industry leaders to bridge the skill gap in India.

This is a BizOps and Strategy role designed for “operators”—people who can not only design a strategy but also drive its ground-level execution across a ₹200 Cr+ ecosystem.

🟢 Role Overview & Impact

As the Manager of Strategy & Execution, you are the CSO’s “right hand.” Your mission is to ensure that high-level strategic goals are translated into operational reality across multiple business units.

  • Founder’s Office Operations: Manage the CSO’s high-priority agenda, lead strategic projects, and manage key engagements with CXOs.

  • Execution Discipline: Move beyond “strategy decks” by leading weekly and monthly business reviews (WBR/MBR) and building the performance-tracking systems necessary for scale.

  • Vertical Growth: Support deal structuring, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional alignment to ensure high-growth verticals meet their employability and revenue targets.

  • Problem Solving: Operate in a fast-paced environment where you must “think → structure → execute” to solve complex bottlenecks.
