Apply for the Data Analyst position at Siemens Healthineers (Bengaluru). Leverage SQL, Python, and advanced BI tools to build scalable business process models, analyze Order-to-Cash (O2C) loops, and drive data-driven healthcare operations.

About the Company: Siemens Healthineers

Siemens Healthineers is a global leader in medical technology, pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare to enable healthcare providers worldwide to deliver high-quality patient care. With operations spanning medical imaging, advanced diagnostics, and digital health services, the company continuously integrates deep clinical knowledge with cutting-edge data science to transform clinical delivery and medical operations across the globe.

This Data Analyst position is based out of Siemens Healthineers’ premier technology and development center in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The role is positioned within a high-impact global operational analytics division. This specialised team is tasked with scaling business process data modelling directly from regional Zone levels up to global Headquarters, creating complete transparency across complex supply chains, service operations, and financial workflows to uncover hidden efficiency opportunities.

About the Role: Data Analyst

Are you a business-minded data specialist who loves writing clean code to untangle massive, multi-layered process workflows? Siemens Healthineers is seeking a highly collaborative Data Analyst with 3+ years of relevant experience to translate enterprise data streams into scalable business process intelligence.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex IT architectures and executive strategy. Moving beyond static reporting, you will partner directly with Sales, Marketing, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Service Operations teams. Your objective is to mine the company’s digital ecosystem, build predictive models, design aesthetic visualisations, and enforce global process standardization. You will play a vital role in ensuring that regional operations align perfectly with global software template designs while directly advising senior management on data-driven strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities & Process Analytics Workflows

  • Data Refinement & Processing: Extract, aggregate, and clean high-volume data from disparate enterprise data warehouses and relational database architectures across the global IT ecosystem.

  • Predictive Modelling & Statistical Profiling: Apply statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms within Python and BI suites to build predictive models that forecast operational bottlenecks and guide executive planning.

  • Aesthetic Visualisation & Reporting: Engineer intuitive, highly scannable dashboards and comprehensive reports that translate multi-dimensional datasets into clear narratives for non-technical leadership.

  • Cross-Functional Strategy Alignment: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Finance (FI), Service Operations, and data engineers to establish data requirements and support overarching business objectives.

  • Global Process Standardisation: Utilise data insights to map, refine, and enforce global business process standardisation, ensuring regional deviations are addressed and aligned with the corporate core software template design.

  • Data Governance & Quality Control: Validate data integrity across all active analytical assets, collaborating with data architects to maintain data quality, expand data dictionaries, and optimise accessibility.

Candidate Prerequisites & Technical Skill Stack

Candidates must offer a balanced mix of programming agility, business intelligence engineering, and a process-oriented mindset capable of understanding global enterprise workflows.

Required Experience & Educational Baseline:

  • Educational Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a highly quantitative equivalent.

  • Professional Tenure: 3+ years of relevant professional experience building data-driven analytics or operational intelligence solutions.

  • Programming Frameworks: Practical coding experience in Python for data manipulation, cleaning, and statistical modelling.

  • Database & Warehouse Mastery: Strong experience writing SQL queries to extract data from complex enterprise data warehouses and relational structures.

  • Business Intelligence Tooling: Practical mastery of advanced visualisation software (such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar tools) to design aesthetic, production-ready reports.

  • Communication & Project Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with fundamental project management capabilities to independently manage deliverables across multiple stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications & Industry Pluses:

  • Domain Expertise: Direct experience mapping Siemens Healthineers specific Order-to-Cash (OTC/O2C) and Financial (FI) processes is highly desirable. Alternatively, a proven background operating within the healthcare, medical device, or life sciences sectors.
