• Data Extraction & Mining: Systematically pull raw operational datasets from internal learning management networks, marketing engines, and customer databases.

• Data Quality & Management: Clean, transform, and structure incoming data pipelines, ensuring that files are audit-ready, accurate, and consistently updated.

• Metric Analysis: Apply basic statistical formulas and predictive analytics concepts to evaluate customer trends, course engagement ratios, and corporate training metrics.

• Data Visualisation: Convert complex spreadsheet calculations into intuitive, highly visual dashboards and charts to support tactical team reviews.

• Cross-Functional Reporting: Partner with senior business intelligence engineers and software developers to deliver weekly performance readouts to department heads.
