About the Role: Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at AasaanWill, you will be at the forefront of the company’s data-driven expansion. Based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, this Hybrid role offers the perfect balance of team collaboration and remote flexibility. You will transform complex datasets into actionable growth strategies, directly influencing how AasaanWill educates and serves its growing user base.

Core Responsibilities

  • Data Interpretation: Collect and interpret large datasets to generate actionable business insights.

  • Predictive Modelling: Build data models and identify emerging trends in user behavior and legal tech adoption.

  • Cross-Functional Strategy: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to support high-stakes business decisions.

  • Reporting: Prepare clear, comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.

Key Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Technical Stack: * Mastery of SQL and Python for data manipulation.

    • Proficiency in Excel and visualisation tools like Tableau.

    • Solid understanding of applied statistics and data modelling.

  • Experience: Prior experience in a data analysis role is preferred, but strong candidates from the 2025/2026 batch with internship experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented with effective communication for presenting technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
