🟢 Role Overview & Impact
At ATC, the Associate PM is the “Engine Room” of the product team. You will be responsible for translating high-level business goals into the granular details that allow developers to build high-quality software.

Roadmap Execution: Take part in defining the data-informed product roadmap, ensuring every feature aligns with the broader business strategy and customer pain points.

Agile Leadership: Author comprehensive Epics and User Stories in JIRA. You will be the primary point of contact for the development team during sprints.

Cross-Functional Orchestration: Collaborate daily with Engineering, QA, Sales, and Marketing. Your job is to ensure that the solution built is not just technically sound but also marketable and “loved” by users.
