The Role: Associate Analyst

As an Associate Analyst, you will enter the world of professional services data. You will move beyond simple data entry into Data Intelligence, using online databases and research methodologies to ensure the integrity of the firm’s global information assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Research: Perform extensive searches using scholarly journals, technical reports, and original source materials to validate entity and vendor data.

• Quality Assurance: Identify and resolve data quality issues by monitoring and profiling information for outliers using standard firm tools.

• Logical Mapping: Make logical associations across research workflows to improve process efficiency.

• External Validation: Cross-reference internal information with third-party databases and external sources to ensure 100% accuracy.

• Process Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of data formatting and consistency protocols.

• Self-Development: Engage in continuous learning via self-educational courses and publications to master research methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Education: Graduate or equivalent degree in Computer Information, Commerce, or Business.

• Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills—ability to convey data insights crisply.

• Analytical Mindset: Attention to detail and “out-of-the-box” problem-solving skills.

• Teamwork: Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
