Opportunity Overview
Role Scope & Operational Workflow
The Electric Vehicle Manufacturing Intern will work on-site at FEFI MotoCorp’s Hyderabad facility, engaging in hands-on assembly, battery pack development, quality testing, and shop-floor process optimisation:

Core Responsibilities

EV Assembly & Wiring: Participate directly in full-vehicle EV assembly, low/high-voltage wiring harness installation, and mechanical integration.

Battery Pack Development: Assist in battery pack building, cell sorting, Module/BMS integration, and thermal management testing.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct functional testing, troubleshoot shop-floor assembly issues, and support quality control audits.

Process Optimization & Documentation: Collaborate with senior manufacturing engineers to optimize assembly workflows and document technical reports.

Minimum Qualifications

Academic Alignment: Enrolled in or graduated from an engineering or technical diploma program (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automotive, or allied fields).

Workplace Attendance: Ability to commit to full-time offline shop-floor hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM) and maintain at least 75% attendance.

Identity Documents: Must present a valid government-issued ID and college ID on the joining date.
