About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Maintenance: Gather, organize, and maintain relevant datasets from assigned business channels and internal systems.
• Data Cleaning & Quality Control: Validate data integrity, remove inconsistencies, clean messy datasets, and document discrepancy logs.
• Trend & Pattern Analysis: Analyze raw structured data to identify meaningful operational patterns, performance metrics, and business trends.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Build functional spreadsheets, automated dashboards, and periodic data summaries for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Support: Partner with internal team members to convert business questions into actionable, data-backed reports.
• Data Documentation: Maintain organized documentation covering data pipelines, reporting formulas, and analytical methodologies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Spreadsheet Proficiency: High fluency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional logic, and data validation).
• Analytical Mindset: Proven problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to quantitative data.
• Communication & Presentation: Ability to extract complex data insights and present them in plain, executive-friendly formats.
• Remote Competency: Self-motivated with strong time management skills to handle independent workflows and hit reporting deadlines.
• Bonus Skills: Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), SQL, or data visualisation platforms.
