Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
- Explore and analyze complex criminal justice datasets
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Support evidence-based decision-making
Collaboration & Product Support
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and State Engagement teams
- Support product launches and implementation initiatives
- Help improve data workflows and analytical tooling
Stakeholder Communication
- Present findings to internal and external stakeholders
- Translate analytical insights into meaningful recommendations
- Support reporting and policy-related discussions
Required Skills
Candidates applying for this position should have strong technical and analytical expertise, including:
