🚀 Key Responsibilities – Data Analyst
📊 Data Extraction & Analysis
- Extract and analyze master and transactional data from SAP HANA backend systems using SQL queries.
- Retrieve and validate planning and forecast data from Anaplan models and modules.
🔍 Data Validation & Reconciliation
- Perform validation, reconciliation, and comparison between SAP HANA and Anaplan datasets.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data mismatches and integrity issues.
⚙️ Workflow Automation
- Design and maintain automated data validation workflows using Alteryx.
- Clean, transform, and compare high-volume datasets efficiently.
📈 Reporting & Documentation
- Document validation findings, root-cause analyses, and reconciliation reports clearly.
- Use Advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP for reporting and analysis.
🤝 Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with technical, functional, and business teams.
- Communicate effectively with overseas stakeholders and clients.
