Key Responsibilities

1. Identify Process Improvements

Analyse operational and product data to identify process gaps and inefficiencies. The insights generated will help improve customer experience, loan performance, and operational efficiency across the organisation.

2. Build Business Dashboards

Design and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting frameworks that track key performance metrics, including:

  • Loan disbursements

  • Customer acquisition and conversion rates

  • Risk and fraud metrics

  • Collections performance

  • Product funnel performance

These dashboards will help leadership teams monitor business performance in real time.

3. Data Extraction and Management

4. Advanced Analytics Using Python

Required Skills and Qualifications

Educational Qualification

Professional Experience
