About the Role: Data Analyst
Are you a skilled data professional who wants to apply advanced analytics to corporate protection and global risk mitigation? Pinkerton is hiring a full-time, permanent Data Analyst to join its elite physical security analytics squad embedded with a major global technology client in Gurugram, Haryana, India. This role is designed for professionals with 2 to 5 years of experience who have a strong background in data science, statistics, or computing.
In this position, you will step away from generic business reporting to focus on safety and risk intelligence. You will serve as the analytical engine behind physical security infrastructure, gathering and cleaning complex datasets from global monitoring devices, incident tracking networks, and security arrays. Using advanced SQL querying, Python/R predictive modeling, and interactive dashboards, you will turn raw security logs into actionable risk insights for executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities & Risk Analytics Workflows

Data Cleansing & Integrity: Gather, scrub, and structure large, unstructured datasets from global physical security devices, building automated data collection pipelines that guarantee accuracy.

Statistical Trend Exploration: Apply statistical methods to analyze complex data pools, identifying risk trends, security vulnerabilities, and operational patterns.

Interactive Visualization Design: Build and maintain interactive dashboards and risk reports using visualization platforms like Tableau or Google Data Studio (Looker Studio).

Cross-Functional Consultation: Partner closely with client tech teams, product managers, physical security infrastructure engineers, and regional directors to map business workflows to analytical frameworks.
