The Role: Data Analyst (AI/ML & Automation)

You will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to transform raw, structured and unstructured datasets into strategic business infrastructure and predictive models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Governance: Gather, clean, and process complex structured and unstructured data from diverse internal and external sources, ensuring absolute data integrity.

• Advanced Extraction & Querying: Utilise SQL for complex data extraction, structural transformation, and deep-dive manipulation.

• Process Automation: Eliminate repetitive workflows and streamline data pipelines by writing advanced scripts in Python and VBA Macros.

• Visual Intelligence: Design and maintain dynamic, executive-ready dashboards and reports using top-tier BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

• Predictive Modelling & AI: Apply statistical modelling and AI/ML algorithms to handle predictive analytics, business forecasting, and anomaly detection.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with business leaders to gather system requirements and deliver customised, actionable analytical solutions.

We are looking for a hybrid professional who balances strong foundational programming skills with a deep curiosity for statistical modelling and automated data pipelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.

• Core Engineering: Expert-level practical application of Python and SQL for database management and query optimisation.

• Automation Aptitude: Deep hands-on experience with Excel, including advanced functions and VBA scriptingfor task automation.

• BI & Analytics: Proficiency in creating comprehensive semantic layers and dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.

• AI/ML Frameworks: Strong foundational knowledge of machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their commercial application.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional critical thinking, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical data findings to non-technical business units.
