Location: REMOTE in India (Work from Home) – work EST or CST timezone.

Job Description:

Ideal candidate must be from Recruitment / Staffing or IT consulting industry, with minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Account Management / Client services in IT consulting or Staffing. Must also have recruiting experience. Must have relationships to bring with you to start generating recs quickly!!

Job Description:

· Acquisition of Tier 1, Implementation partners, or direct US clients. Minimum $10 margins for C2C and $20 for W2

· Must have IT Recruting experience.

· Define and implement strategies to Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with new clients.

· Good Experience in managing accounts

· Must have experience in Client Management and a proven individual track record in staffing sales.

· Must have Client facing capabilities, and be able to directly interact with Clients for gathering new requirements, follow up on submittals interviews and placements.

· Any experience with Technical background with Management studies would be an added advantage.

· Must have good communicator (Written & oral) with excellent presentation skills.

Mandatory Requirements:

· Has a fast dedicated laptop/PC I5+, 8GB Ram, Windows 10

· Quiet home office with no distractions

· Have at least 1 year experience working from home successfully during EST hours

· Minimum dedicated fast cable internet 50 MBPS
