As a Business Analyst (Operations) at EdgeVantage, you will act as a strategic liaison between customers, sales teams, and technical teams. Your primary responsibility will be to understand operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and translate them into scalable solutions.
This role requires strong domain expertise in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations, along with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end business analysis and solution delivery:
- Collaborate with sales and customer teams to understand business needs and operational pain points
- Conduct detailed discovery sessions to map workflows in supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing environments
- Convert business challenges into clear, structured requirements for product and engineering teams
- Develop comprehensive documentation, such as:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Functional specifications
- Process flow diagrams
- User stories
- Lead pilot implementations, gather feedback, and refine solutions
- Oversee solution deployment and rollout, ensuring seamless execution
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth engagement experience
- Analyse operational and business data to uncover efficiency improvements and optimization opportunities
- Conduct training sessions to drive user adoption and platform utilization
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and delivery
🎯 Required Experience
- 3–5 years of professional experience in:
- Business Analysis
- Operations or Process Consulting
- Supply Chain / Logistics / Manufacturing

- Warehouse or Inventory Operations
