About the Role – Business Analyst
EPAM Systems is looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in manufacturing processes to help drive process improvements, requirement analysis, and technology implementations.
In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and quality analysts to ensure that business requirements are accurately captured and implemented within enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities – Business Analyst
Requirement Management
-
Gather functional and non-functional requirements from multiple stakeholders.

Analyze business needs and translate them into clear project requirements.
Requirement Elicitation
-
Lead requirement elicitation sessions with stakeholders.

Identify inconsistencies or gaps in project requirements.
Design & Modeling
-
Document system features and propose business solutions.
-
Create process flow diagrams, logical models, and UI mockups.
Change Management
-
Explain the business rationale for system or process changes.
-
Identify potential risks and communicate mitigation strategies.
Testing & Quality Assurance
-
Validate testing strategies and test plans.
-
Write test cases and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Collaboration

Work closely with Business Analysts, QA teams, and third-party developers to ensure project success.
Deployment Support

Participate in deployment and cutover activities.

Perform post-deployment sanity testing to ensure system stability.
Required Qualifications & Skills – Business Analyst
Experience
-
5–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Strong experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
Domain Knowledge
-
Understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes, from sales order to batch dispatch.
ERP & Systems
-
Experience with manufacturing ERP systems, especially SAP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Methodologies
-
Experience working with Agile frameworks.

Ability to perform a Product Owner role within a Scrum team.
Documentation
-
Strong expertise in Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
Technical Skills
-
Working knowledge of SQL.

Experience creating test cases and validation documentation.

Familiarity with tools such as:
