We are moving past simple assistants to build next-generation Agentic AI systems. We need a GenAI Engineer in Bengaluru to design and scale autonomous systems that can reason, plan, and execute complex procurement workflows securely and at scale.

The Role: Architecting Autonomous Enterprise Systems

This role is about building production-grade Agentic AI—not prototypes. You will define how autonomous systems interact with enterprise data, orchestrate multi-step workflows, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agentic AI Development: Design multi-agent orchestration frameworks, including memory systems, context handling, and reasoning pipelines.

• Enterprise RAG & LLM: Architect secure, multi-tenant Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and deployment models.

• Workflow Orchestration: Build workflows that include planning, tool orchestration, and human-in-the-loop validation layers.

• Production Engineering: Integrate GenAI into core S2P modules (Sourcing, Contracts, AP) while optimizing for latency, reliability, and cost.

• AI Governance: Ensure strict data isolation and tenant-level security while building frameworks for explainability and traceability.

• Fine-Tuning: Implement domain adaptation strategies and model fine-tuning to meet specific procurement needs.

 Your Technical Success Profile

We are looking for exceptional talent ranging from hands-on architects to AI technical leaders who understand the rigors of regulated enterprise environments.

• Experience: 2+ years in software architecture or AI engineering.

• Core Expertise:

  • Deep mastery of LLM orchestration frameworks and Vector databases.

  • Proven experience with Multi-agent systems and RAG architectures.

  • Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks.

• Systems Design: Experience designing scalable, cloud-native SaaS architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Security Mindset: A deep understanding of enterprise data security and compliance.

• Preferred: Background in Supply Chain/ERP systems or experience with reinforcement learning and planning systems.
