About the Role: Associate, Production (Knowledge Services)
Deloitte is actively hiring a meticulous, process-oriented Associate, Production to join its US Consulting Services Knowledge Services team in Bengaluru. This full-time position features a structured shift schedule from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST and is tailored for early-career professionals or fresh Master’s graduates with 0 to 3 years of corporate experience in digital publishing, web content infrastructure, or knowledge engineering.
In this role, you will move beyond simple data entry and step into the position of an information systems curator. Working in close alignment with senior Knowledge Managers and global subject matter experts (SMEs), your day-to-day focus will center on building, refining, and maintaining enterprise intranet environments using SharePoint Online. You will take full operational ownership of the end-to-end content publishing lifecycle—ensuring that all incoming operational assets, case studies, and internal reporting tools are accurately tagged, systematically archived, and rigorously audited against Deloitte’s strict global taxonomy and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities & Analytical Workflows

SharePoint Page Architecture: Build, configure, and update modern web portals using SharePoint Modernpages, translating stakeholder-provided documentation into intuitive, easily navigable digital layouts.

Content Publishing Lifecycles: Execute the daily publishing, metadata tagging, version control, and archiving of technical assets across internal enterprise knowledge systems.

Taxonomy & Alignment Audits: Review submitted operational content for absolute completeness and structural consistency, ensuring strict alignment with established taxonomy definitions, workflows, and style rules.

Stakeholder Project Coordination: Collaborate with global consulting stakeholders and Knowledge Managers to organize project schedules, handle issue-tracking databases, and compile content performance metrics.

Repository Governance: Partner with internal subject matter experts to monitor knowledge databases, clear out obsolete documentation, and support internal knowledge-adoption programs.
