Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. The primary objective of the Assistant Manager – PLCS Growth is to drive business efficiency, reduce operational bottlenecks, and support geo-expansion initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, IT, Operations, and internal support teams to ensure process optimization and improved productivity.
Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager – PLCS Growth, your responsibilities will include:
1. Performance Tracking & KPI Management

Track and improve key performance indicators such as query resolution time and repeat query rates.

Monitor branch productivity and performance metrics.

Provide data-driven insights for management reporting.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination

Liaise with Sales and IT teams to reduce sales-related queries and bottlenecks.

Work closely with IT and COE teams to build process and policy checks on SFDC workflows.

Coordinate with Operations and other departments for early resolution of business queries.
3. Process Optimization

Identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective measures.

Develop and support structured workflow improvements to minimize downstream leakages.
4. Geo-Expansion Projects

Plan and execute time-bound geo-expansion initiatives.

Coordinate with Admin, HR, and IT teams for launching new branches.

Track the productivity of newly launched branches and support stabilization.
5. Business Analytics & Reporting

Required Qualifications & Experience
