Role Purpose

As a Data Analyst L3 at Wipro, you will play a pivotal role in turning raw data into actionable intelligence. You’ll interpret, analyze, and visualize data from multiple sources to deliver insights that empower smarter business decisions. Your expertise will help our clients improve performance, enhance efficiency, and gain a competitive edge in their industries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the Technical Scope of Data Projects

  • Gather, integrate, and interpret data from diverse sources such as data warehouses, databases, and data models.

  • Develop record management processes and policies to ensure data integrity and security.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across levels to understand and deliver on analytical requirements.

  • Provide data-driven insights, sales data, and performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to increase efficiency and automate data processes.

  • Set up and maintain automated data pipelines for continuous and error-free reporting.

  • Evaluate and deploy external services or tools for data validation, cleansing, and enrichment.

  • Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business success and process improvements.

2. Analyze and Interpret Complex Data Sets

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to fully understand the data landscape and content.

  • Design, conduct, and analyze surveys or research studies to derive meaningful business insights.

  • Use advanced analytics and reporting tools to interpret complex datasets, identifying trends, correlations, and anomalies.

  • Create interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports to present findings effectively to diverse audiences.

  • Conduct sector and competitor benchmarking to highlight strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.

  • Mine large datasets, draw statistically valid conclusions, and present insights through intuitive visual tools.

  • Develop predictive models that guide client decision-making and strategic planning.

Key Deliverables & Performance Indicators

Your success in this role will be measured by:

  • On-time delivery of reports, dashboards, and insights.

  • Automation improvements and efficiency gains in existing processes.

  • Client satisfaction (CSAT) scores and stakeholder feedback.

  • Data accuracy and integrity across projects.

  • Zero customer escalations through proactive communication and error-free execution.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.

  • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python/R) and visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience with data cleaning, validation, and automation workflows.

  • Understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and integration concepts.

  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex data findings into clear business narratives.

  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to solving business challenges.
