🔍Business Development Manager – Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end‑to‑end client acquisition efforts targeting direct clients, MSPs, and Tier‑1 vendors in the US.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers (VPs, Directors, Procurement Heads).

  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to align delivery with client requirements.

  • Negotiate MSA/SOW agreements, manage client expectations, and drive revenue growth.

  • Represent Intellectt at staffing events, client meetings, and on platforms like LinkedIn.

✅ Business Development Manager – Must‑Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in US IT staffing business development.

  • Strong network of direct clients/MSPs/VMS.

  • Deep understanding of IT technologies and market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

🌟 Bonus Points:

  • Exposure to Healthcare, Pharma, or Engineering staffing.

  • Knowledge of immigration policies (H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).

📈 Success Metrics:
