🔍Business Development Manager – Key Responsibilities:

Lead end‑to‑end client acquisition efforts targeting direct clients, MSPs, and Tier‑1 vendors in the US.

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers (VPs, Directors, Procurement Heads).

Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to align delivery with client requirements.

Negotiate MSA/SOW agreements, manage client expectations, and drive revenue growth.

Represent Intellectt at staffing events, client meetings, and on platforms like LinkedIn.
✅ Business Development Manager – Must‑Have Skills:

5+ years of proven experience in US IT staffing business development.

Strong network of direct clients/MSPs/VMS.

Deep understanding of IT technologies and market dynamics.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
