🔹 About the Role – Senior Subject Matter Expert

Location: ADCI – Karnataka
Shift Timing: 04:00 PM IST to 01:00 AM IST (Aligned with US time zones)

The Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be responsible for driving core commercial initiatives for the US VSP team. You’ll perform in-depth profitability analysis, lead strategy execution, and work closely with tech and data teams to streamline operations through insights and automation.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct profitability and deal performance analysis

  • Optimise selection, pricing, returns, and fulfilment models

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive business transformation

  • Develop and automate analytics dashboards using SQL and Tableau

  • Identify cost-saving and revenue enhancement opportunities

  • Report key metrics and insights to leadership

  • Drive data-driven decisions with the support of engineering teams

🔹 Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3+ years of experience in program/project management

  • Strong data analysis and business decision-making skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

  • Knowledge of customer-first strategy and operational workflows

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced SQL, Tableau, and Python skills

  • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)
