Your Core Responsibilities
Stakeholder management
Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle across functions (from intake to offer)
Drive sourcing strategy through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and referrals
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and translate them into actionable hiring plans
Craft incredible candidate experiences through timely communication and feedback
Track and report hiring metrics (TAT, pipeline status, drop-offs, etc.)
Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future needs
