Location: Noida, Sector 4
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Job Summary:

We are hiring Telecallers who are confident, proactive, and ready to grow with a dynamic team in Noida Sector 4. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people over the phone, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

• Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.

• Handle incoming queries and resolve customer issues effectively.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.

• Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team for closures.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Prior telecalling/BPO/sales experience is a plus.

• Confident, polite, and convincing personality.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools.
