About the Role

Robert Half’s marketing and creative client is seeking a talented Experiential Graphic Designer to join their team for a 6+ month contract. This role is fully remote but requires availability during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

The designer will focus on large-scale experiential, tradeshow, and event design projects, creating high-quality, production-ready graphics. If you’re passionate about typography, environmental design, and creating visually impactful experiences, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with art directors and cross-functional teams to translate concepts into production-ready artwork.

• Prepare precise, scaled design files with specifications (e.g., bleeds, layouts).

• Apply strong typography skills to enhance experiential and environmental designs.

• Adapt and refine designs for various large-scale surfaces and installations.

• Manage the final delivery and packaging of creative assets for production.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (experiential, tradeshow, or large-scale event design preferred).

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator.

• Strong portfolio showcasing tradeshow, experiential, or large-scale design work.

• Excellent understanding of typography and environmental applications.

• Detail-oriented with expertise in scaling, file prep, and production processes.

• Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills.

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must provide a portfolio demonstrating prior work in experiential, tradeshow, or large-scale design projects. Samples should showcase typography, environmental graphics, and production-ready designs.
