About the Role:
Tech Mahindra is looking for an experienced Tech Lead to spearhead performance optimisation, SEO strategy, and technical enhancements for our large-scale B2B and B2C platforms. This role is ideal for a professional who combines technical SEO mastery with a deep understanding of web performance, data analytics, and user experience optimisation. You will be at the forefront of identifying inefficiencies, creating actionable improvement plans, and leading implementation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of platform performance metrics, traffic trends, and user behaviour to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas.

• Develop and implement solutions to optimise platform speed, stability, SEO rankings, and overall user experience.

• Perform regular SEO audits to ensure compliance with search engine best practices and maintain competitive visibility.

• Carry out keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content strategy alignment to improve organic search performance.

• Monitor and report on key SEO KPIs such as organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and bounce rates.

• Present detailed performance and SEO reports to business stakeholders, highlighting trends, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.

• Collaborate with developers, UI/UX designers, and content creators to ensure SEO and performance strategies are integrated into all platform updates.

• Apply advanced technical SEO principles, including crawl budget management, content pruning, and prevention of keyword cannibalisation.

• Leverage tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and other industry-standard platforms to inform strategies and measure success.

• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with search engine algorithm updates, emerging SEO trends, and web optimisation technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in technical SEO, website performance optimisation, and large-scale B2B/B2C platform management.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and SEO audit tools.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach.

• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder and cross-team collaboration.
