Consultant : Recruitment Franchise Consultant

123 Recruitment is excited to announce that we have been awarded several large national recruitment campaigns, and we are now seeking WFH Self Employed Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage your own client recruitment accounts, giving you autonomy and control over your work.

As a Recruitment Franchise Consultant, you will benefit from a constant flow of live roles, enabling you to connect candidates with opportunities seamlessly. You’ll gain access to our advanced CRM system, which houses over 50,000 candidates specifically within the commercial sector we focus on. Our innovative AI platform delivers fresh CVs directly to your inbox each day, sourced from all major UK job boards, ensuring you have a steady stream of talent to work with.

To enhance your recruitment efforts, we provide job advertisements across all major job boards, along with sponsored ads on various social media platforms to increase your visibility. Additionally, you will have the support of our in-house marketing and admin teams, allowing you to focus on what you do best—connecting clients with qualified candidates.

This position offers fully remote work with flexible hours, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. You can expect estimated earnings ranging from £1,000 to £3,000 per week, depending on your performance and client engagement.
