Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to align delivery with client requirements.

Negotiate MSA/SOW agreements, manage client expectations, and drive revenue growth.

Represent Intellectt at staffing events, client meetings, and on platforms like LinkedIn.
✅ Business Development Manager – Must‑Have Skills:

5+ years of proven experience in US IT staffing business development.

Strong network of direct clients/MSPs/VMS.
