POWERGRID Recruitment 2025 – Apply Online for 1543 Field Engineer & Supervisor Posts

The Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) has released the official notification for POWERGRID Recruitment 2025. A total of 1543 vacancies have been announced for the posts of Field Engineer and Field Supervisor in Electrical, Civil, and Electronics & Communication disciplines. The recruitment will be on a contract basis.

Vacancy Details

Application Fee

• Field Engineer: ₹400

• Field Supervisor: ₹300

• SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM Candidates: No Fee

Payment Mode: Online only

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as on 17 September 2025)

• Maximum Age: 29 Years

• Age relaxation applicable as per government rules.

Educational Qualification

• Field Engineer: Full-time B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical/Civil discipline with at least 55% marks.

• Field Supervisor: Full-time Diploma in Electrical/Civil/Electronics discipline with at least 55% marks.

Salary Package

Field Engineer

• Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – 3% – ₹1,20,000/-

• Initial Basic Pay: ₹30,000/- + Industrial DA + HRA + Perks @ 35%

• Annual CTC: Approx. ₹8.9 Lakhs

Field Supervisor

• Pay Scale: ₹23,000 – 3% – ₹1,05,000/-

• Initial Basic Pay: ₹23,000/- + Industrial DA + HRA + Perks @ 35%

• Annual CTC: Approx. ₹6.8 Lakhs

(Same pay structure applies for RDSS projects as well)

The recruitment process will include:
