Job Title: Marketing Manager
Salary Range: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum

Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will oversee the email marketing strategy and campaign execution for four brands. This role is perfect for someone passionate about email marketing, CRM, automation, data-driven strategies, and B2C campaigns. You will have full ownership of CRM functionality and receive support from a Marketing Executive for deploying campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously improve the customer journey and create engaging and visually appealing experiences.
- Develop, design, and execute weekly email content that resonates with the audience and drives engagement.
- Create and manage automated email campaigns tailored to various customer segments.
- Regularly analyze and report on the performance of email campaigns, using insights to refine strategies.
Essential Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing/CRM roles
- Advanced knowledge of ESP/CRM platforms
- Expertise in audience segmentation and personalization techniques
- Strong analytics and reporting skills with experience in data-driven marketing
