🧠 Role Overview: QA Engineer

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer at ZOHO Corp, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering robust and reliable software solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every product meets ZOHO’s high standards of functionality, performance, and usability.

You’ll gain exposure to both manual and automation testing, learn modern testing frameworks, and collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and support engineers to drive exceptional product quality.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for software applications.
Perform manual and automation testing to ensure consistent and efficient product performance.
Conduct back-end data validation using large and complex data sets.
Identify, document, and report bugs and issues accurately.
Collaborate with the development and product teams to improve the software based on findings.
Participate in test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and others.

🧩 Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or related technical discipline.
Knowledge of manual testing and automation frameworks.
Familiarity with Java programming, MySQL/PgSQL, Selenium, and JMeter.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation abilities.
