Responsibilities

Senior New Accounts/CSR III

• Open and manage consumer and complex business accounts.

• Cross-sell banking products and services.

• Provide support for Treasury Services (RDC, Armoured, Courier).

• Ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and regulations.

• Lead client servicing and refer to appropriate departments.

New Accounts/CSR III

• Open and support consumer and basic business accounts.

• Handle checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, Trust & Estate accounts.

• Identify sales opportunities and deliver excellent customer service.

• Perform teller transactions and compliance reviews.

New Accounts/CSR II

• Open consumer checking and savings accounts.

• Assist customers with product selection.

• Process teller transactions with accuracy and professionalism.

• Provide high-quality, friendly customer service.

Qualifications

Senior New Accounts/CSR III

• 3+ years of teller experience.

• Strong knowledge of BSA regulations.

• Experience with consumer & complex business accounts.

• Supervisory experience preferred.

New Accounts/CSR III

• 2+ years of teller experience.

• Proficiency in consumer & basic business account openings.

• Customer service & Microsoft Office skills.

New Accounts/CSR II

• 1+ year of teller experience.

• Beginner-level experience with account openings.

• Strong customer service and compliance knowledge.

Compensation & Benefits

• CSR II: $20 – $23 per hour

• CSR III: $22.50 – $27.50 per hour

• Senior CSR III: $24.00 – $31.90 per hour
