The Role: Project Manager (Interior Fit-Outs)

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of high-end corporate office projects. You will be the bridge between visionary design and flawless execution, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Take full ownership of project objectives, ensuring client expectations are exceeded from inception to handover.

• Budget & Timeline Control: Develop and monitor rigorous project schedules and financial budgets to prevent overruns.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing transparent updates and maintaining long-term relationships.

• Vendor & Contractor Oversight: Negotiate with and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure top-tier material delivery and craftsmanship.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site audits to ensure construction activities align perfectly with design specifications.

• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and implement strategies to keep projects on track.

💪 Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of project management experience specifically within the building construction or interior fit-out industry.

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Trade Knowledge: A solid understanding of various trades (MEP, civil, finishing) involved in high-end interior fit-outs.

• Tech-Savvy: Proven track record of adopting digital project management tools and technology-driven reporting.

• Work Style: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and operate independently with minimal supervision.
