💼 About the Role

As a Trainee, you will work on configuring and testing Wipro’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration System, a widely used HR technology platform. The role involves analysing client requirements, updating internal system configurations, and ensuring accurate system performance through structured testing.

This position is perfect for freshers with strong analytical capabilities, interest in system workflows, and eagerness to learn HR technology platforms.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Configure system parameters, database tables, and internal tools as per client specifications.

• Conduct functional testing to ensure system accuracy and compliance.

• Understand and interpret client requirements and apply them within the Total Benefits Administration platform.

• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to meet delivery timelines.

• Maintain documentation, testing reports, and quality standards throughout projects.

• Basic knowledge of SAS and Mainframe concepts
