🧩 Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Agile Delivery Lead to join our team at Wipro. This role involves deeply understanding customer needs, coordinating product vision, driving agile delivery, and supporting the end-to-end implementation lifecycle with a strong focus on client satisfaction and team management.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

✅ Customer-Centric Product Development

  • Gather and document stated & unstated client needs

  • Translate requirements into user stories with the business analyst team

  • Identify business problems, automation opportunities, and value stream gaps

  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams, developers, and solution architects

  • Create and maintain a product roadmap and architecture

  • Oversee testing, UAT, bug tracking, and ensure final client sign-off

✅ Agile & Delivery Execution

  • Coordinate with DevOps for seamless CI/CD and deployment

  • Manage sprint planning, retrospectives, and on-time delivery of releases

  • Own delivery KPIs and ensure adherence to Agile Scrum practices

✅ Client Servicing & Feedback

  • Track delivery progress using dashboards

  • Analyse the impact of deployed solutions

  • Provide ongoing support for incremental changes

👥 Team Management & Leadership

  • Forecast hiring needs; recruit and onboard team members

  • Set goals, conduct appraisals, and manage performance

  • Foster employee engagement, internal mobility, and skill development

  • Promote diversity and inclusion within leadership and teams

🎯 Performance KPIs

  • On-time, error-free product delivery and implementation

  • High client satisfaction and repeat business

  • Creation of IP (whitepapers, knowledge base, process innovations)

  • Team training, retention, and certifications

📘 Mandatory Skills

  • Expertise in Agile Scrum Delivery

  • Strong experience in product lifecycle management

  • Proven leadership in client-facing and delivery-heavy environments

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Agile certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe®, PMI-ACP®) preferred
