About the Role: Data Analyst L2

Are you an execution-focused data specialist looking to bridge the gap between cloud data pipelines and strategic business decisions? Wipro is seeking a full-time, permanent Data Analyst L2 to join its analytics squad in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Tailored for technical problem solvers with 1 to 3 years of enterprise experience, this role focuses on translating dense, multi-source datasets into interactive visualisations, predictive models, and highly automated data streams.

As a Data Analyst L2, you will own the end-to-end technical scope of client data projects. Your core mandate will involve leveraging GCP (Google Cloud Platform) Data Engineering practices to mine large datasets, set up automated extraction workflows, and implement external scripts for data cleansing. You will collaborate directly with cross-functional stakeholders to design custom surveys, build client-facing dashboards, perform competitor benchmarking, and deploy predictive analytical models that directly influence corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities & Cloud Analytics Workflows

  • Data Ingestion & Extraction: Gather and consolidate raw transactional info from distributed sources, including data warehouses, primary databases, and staging systems.

  • GCP Data Engineering Integration: Design and optimize data integration models using Google Cloud Platform architecture to spot patterns and market trends.

  • Dashboard & Visualization Architecture: Create intuitive data dashboards, performance graphs, and automated reports using modern business intelligence and analytics reporting tools.

  • Pipeline Automation: Identify processing bottlenecks and configure automated data loops to eliminate manual compiling scripts, increasing operational efficiency.

  • Data Validation & Quality Assurance: Evaluate and implement external tools and validation routines to handle complex data cleansing and maintain record management policies.

  • Stakeholder & Client Consultation: Partner directly with internal and external business clients to unpack data requirements, outline technical scope, and present data-driven insight reviews.

  • Predictive Modeling & Advanced Mining: Mine high-volume datasets, run statistical validation rules, draw inferences, and construct basic predictive models to forecast critical business KPIs.

Candidate Prerequisites & Key Technical Skills

Candidates should exhibit a balanced mix of cloud infrastructure familiarity, strong SQL/data manipulation fundamentals, and cross-functional reporting acumen.

Required Experience & Educational Baseline:

  • Professional Tenure: 1 to 3 years of software or analytics industry experience, showcasing dedicated project exposure to data parsing and business analysis.

  • Mandatory Skill Stack: Hands-on operational capability with GCP Data Engineering tools and core data pipelines.

  • Academic Foundation: Graduation in any technical or business field (UG: Any Graduate / PG: Any Postgraduate).

  • Tool Competency: Deep familiarity with data validation techniques, analytics reporting tools, data modeling, and data integration patterns.

  • Communication Style: Strong proactive approach to managing requirements, capable of presenting complex technical insights cleanly to non-technical management audiences.
