We are now expanding our dynamic Sales & Business Development team and looking for an enthusiastic, result-driven Territory Sales Manager (B2B) who is passionate about driving growth, building relationships, and shaping the future of professional audio-video systems.


Role Overview

The Territory Sales Manager (B2B) will be responsible for developing business within the assigned region, managing dealer and partner relationships, and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, territory management, and business development within the consumer electronics or AV solutions domain.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, expand, and maintain business relationships with dealers, partners, and B2B customers in the assigned territory.

  • Use a variety of sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and direct visits to generate leads and close deals.

  • Identify potential customers and create a target list of high-value accounts.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Forecast sales, manage territory budgets, and track performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities, events, and dealer programs.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.

  • Regularly visit dealers, retailers, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress.

  • Stay updated with industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the AV sector.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 3โ€“5 years of experience in B2B sales or territory management, preferably in consumer electronics, AV solutions, or related industries.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, dealer network development, and customer relationship management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and deliver results within deadlines.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales forecasting software is an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
