We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. This role is ideal for a data professional who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights, building high-impact Power BI dashboards, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to drive real outcomes.

🔍 About the Role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable intelligence. You will be responsible for designing and delivering interactive Power BI dashboards, developing complex SQL queries, optimizing databases, and creating robust data models that support business decision-making.

You’ll work with diverse data sources, implement advanced DAX calculations, and ensure strong data governance and security practices. Most importantly, you’ll partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions that create measurable impact.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI

  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for ETL processes

  • Build and maintain efficient data models and implement advanced DAX calculations

  • Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources, including databases, cloud platforms, and APIs

  • Optimize SQL databases to ensure performance, scalability, and data integrity

  • Implement data governance, security, and role-based access control in Power BI reports

  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues related to dashboards and SQL queries

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights

  • Stay current with the latest advancements in Power BI, SQL, and data analytics best practices

✅ What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics

  • Strong expertise in Power BI, including dashboard development, DAX, and data modeling

  • Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and performance tuning

  • Experience with ETL processes and integrating data from varied sources

  • Solid understanding of data governance, security, and access control

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and translate business needs into BI solutions

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team

  • Exposure to cloud data platforms

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality
