As a Freelance General Staffing Executive, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and workforce coordination for various client projects. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining manpower requirements across locations.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and entry-level positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, field visits, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their manpower needs and hiring timelines.
• Conduct candidate interviews, verifications, and document checks.
• Manage onboarding and induction for new hires.
• Maintain attendance records, payroll coordination, and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

👉 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR or Business preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in staffing/recruitment, preferably in general staffing or field hiring.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Ability to handle large-scale recruitment drives.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
