⭐ Role Overview:

We are looking for a Freelance Email Marketing Specialist with experience in planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns using the HubSpot Marketing Hub. You will be responsible for crafting compelling email content, segmenting audiences, improving deliverability, and driving engagement through strategic automation and analytics.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
• Create and manage workflows, segmentation lists, and automation sequences in HubSpot.
• Design and test responsive email templates aligned with brand guidelines.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing to enhance open rates, CTR, and conversions.
• Ensure compliance with email best practices and GDPR/anti-spam regulations.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging with overall marketing goals.

👉 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in email marketing, ideally within HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
• Strong copywriting and content editing skills.
• Knowledge of automation workflows, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting and data interpretation.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design (a plus).
• Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.

🔝 Preferred Experience:

• Certification in HubSpot Email Marketing or Inbound Marketing.
• Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing campaigns.
