Accenture is seeking a highly skilled Freelance Business Analyst to support digital transformation and process optimization initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, analyze data, and propose efficient solutions that align with client objectives. You will translate complex business needs into clear documentation, identify gaps, and contribute to strategic decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders
• Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare BRDs, SRS, user stories, and workflow diagrams
• Support project teams during solution design and implementation
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate requirement execution
• Perform data analysis to support business insights
• Conduct UAT, validate deliverables, and ensure quality standards
• Present findings and recommendations to clients

✅ Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in documentation tools (MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
• Experience with process mapping and data visualization
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

👉 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, IT, Management, or related field
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst (freelance or full-time) preferred
