👉 Job Description:

As a Freelance Automobile Manufacturer at Tata Motors, you will be responsible for contributing to the design, development, and manufacturing processes of vehicles on a project basis. You’ll collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure high-quality standards, innovation, and efficiency in every stage of automobile production.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, prototyping, and production of vehicle components and systems.
• Work with R&D and engineering teams to develop innovative automobile solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support production planning, supply chain coordination, and quality checks.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with vendors, designers, and testing teams to meet project timelines.

👉 Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in automobile design, manufacturing, or production.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, CAD software, and production processes.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

⭐ Preferred Skills:

• Experience with electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Tata Motors’ vehicle platforms and standards.
• Innovative mindset with attention to detail and sustainability.
