Job Summary:
Wipro is seeking a skilled and creative Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain responsive and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to build user-friendly, secure, and scalable web solutions for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain dynamic and responsive websites and web applications.

  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers.

  • Optimize web applications for speed, performance, and scalability.

  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

  • Integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs.

  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.

  • Follow best coding practices, security guidelines, and documentation standards.

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and sprint planning.

  • Maintain version control using Git and support deployment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

  • Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

  • Basic understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Java, or Python).

  • Knowledge of REST APIs, database basics, and web security.

  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and debugging tools.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal).

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Understanding of SEO best practices and performance optimization.

  • Experience in enterprise or client-based projects.
