Supply Chain & Operations Strategy Consultant (Japanese Fluency)

Accenture Strategy and Consulting is seeking a talented individual to join our Supply Chain and Operations practice. We are looking for an experienced consultant who can leverage their Japanese language fluency and strategic skills to lead transformation initiatives for our global clients, particularly within the Japan geography. Job Summary: Accelerate Transformation in Supply Chain & Operations
As part of our practice, you will help organisations future-proof their supply chains—driving positive impact on business performance, society, and the planet. This role is central to bridging strategic vision with operational execution, using your unique cultural and language expertise to succeed in the Japan market.
Roles & Responsibilities: Drive Strategic Impact
You will be instrumental in making supply chains faster, more resilient, and better, through initiatives including:

Japan Market Leadership: Utilise your Japanese language expertise to lead collaborations, whiteboarding sessions, and strategic initiatives within the Japan geography with senior business stakeholders.

Business Architecture Framing: Lead design activities including Operating Model Design, Value Chain Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping, and Business Capability Modelling.

Process Excellence: Drive Process Discovery and Improvement initiatives across core business functions.

Business Development: Contribute to asset/accelerator creation, use case enhancement, and actively participate in business development to solve complex client problems.
Mandatory Professional & Technical Skills
Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage)

MBA is preferred.

Experience in working with Japanese Clients.

Experience with marquee BPM tools like ARIS, Blueworks, Signavio and/or architecture tools like LeanIX, BiZZdesign, Alfabet.

Conceptual understanding of core processes (e.g., Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report) and ability to design to-be processes.

Experience with Lean Six Sigma projects and/or training/certification.

Knowledge of industry trends, ERP/CRM platform transformation journeys, and new technologies.
